If you have already registered your laboratory, please Login, click the 'My Lab' tab, and click 'Request an Assessment Online' to submit an assessment request.
If you have not registered, please complete the Request Laboratory Registration form. You will then be contacted with an Access Code and Passkey required to 'Register Your Laboratory' for online access to the AMRL website.
